Blade CX2 RTF Electric Coaxial Micro Helicopter

One of the only places we could find this heli for sale at a decent price was Amazon.com as with most RC toys. Click here to check it out.
Coaxial, counter rotating blades allow for better stability and make hovering a whole lot easier. The Blade CX2 RTF Electric Coaxial Micro Helicopter uses differential rotor speed to limit instability rather than a tail rotor to fight the tendency of a helicopter to want to rotate.
This helicopter comes with a 5 channel transmitter, 4 AA batteries, a rechargeable 2-cell 7.4V 800mAh Lithium Polymer battery pack with charge protection circuitry, a DC Lithium Polymer balancing charger, AC charger adapter and a comprehensive instructional video for new pilots.

Blade CX2 RTF Electric Helicopter Reviews
The reviews for the Blade CX2 RTF Electric Coaxial Micro Helicopter are very good. We found over 60 reviews online for this helicopter and over 90% of the people that left a review gave this bird either 4 or 5 stars out of a possible 5.
Flying RC helicopters is not easy to learn but having two counter rotating propellers makes flying the Blade CX2 much easier. Many reviewers agree that this helicopter is quite stable and one of the easier ones to fly, making it ideal for someone just getting into flying RC helicopters.
The stability of this helicopter is very good and people that have struggled to maintain a stable hover with other helicopters stated that they were able to get this helicopter to hover fairly easily.
One word of caution given by a review was not to fly too high. If the helicopter gets out of range the motors will simply stop as if they have been turned of and then your helicopter will make a rapid decent and sustain considerable damage.
The reviews for the Blade CX2 RTF Electric Coaxial Micro Helicopter are extremely positive almost across the board so it looks like this would be an excellent purchase for anyone looking to get started in RC aviation.
